1. Eligibility
The Service is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old and who meet any higher minimum age required by the laws applicable to them. Minors may not use the Service.
You may use the Service only where doing so is lawful. You must not misrepresent your age or use another person’s account to avoid an age restriction.
We may restrict access where required by law, platform rules, or the availability of the Service.
2. Entertainment Only
Nova Bingo is an entertainment game. It does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, cash prizes, withdrawals, or an opportunity to win money or other items of real-world value.
Game points, coins, rewards, items, and other in-game benefits (“Virtual Items”) may be used only within the Service under the rules shown in the game. They are not legal tender and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for cash, gift cards, goods, services, or anything else of real-world value.
We do not authorize the sale or exchange of accounts or Virtual Items outside the Service.
3. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, or security requirements. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice as required by applicable law, such as through the Service or another reasonable channel. The updated Terms will state their effective date. Where applicable law requires your affirmative agreement, we will request it. If you do not agree to an update, you may stop using the Service and request account deletion.
4. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not transfer ownership of the Service or its content.
Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you must not copy, distribute, sell, modify, or create unauthorized derivative works from the Service; attempt to obtain its source code through reverse engineering; bypass its security measures; or use automated tools to interfere with its operation.
5. Accounts and Sign-In
You may be able to play as a guest, create a Nova Bingo account, or sign in using a supported third-party account. Available methods may vary.

Do not sell, share, or transfer your account to another person. You are responsible for activity on your account to the extent permitted by applicable law; this does not make you responsible for activity caused by our own breach of duty.
Third-party sign-in providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices. Removing a third-party sign-in connection does not necessarily delete your Nova Bingo account; use the account deletion methods in Section 15 if you want to request deletion.
Guest progress may be lost if you change devices, uninstall the game, clear its data, or lose access to the device. Where account linking is available, follow the instructions in the Service if you wish to retain eligible progress.
6. Gameplay, Progress, and Virtual Items
Game progress, rankings, achievements, and Virtual Items form part of the Service. Subject to applicable law, a Virtual Item gives you a limited right to use it in the Service under its stated conditions; it does not give you ownership of underlying software or other protected content.
We may adjust gameplay, rewards, rankings, and Virtual Items for game balance, security, error correction, technical reasons, or legal compliance. We will address material adverse changes to paid content in accordance with applicable law and the purchase terms presented to you.
We may correct items, rankings, or progress obtained through fraud, cheating, exploitation of an error, or a failed or reversed transaction. If you believe a correction was mistaken, contact us.
We do not promise that any particular feature, ranking, or Virtual Item will remain available indefinitely. Your statutory rights concerning paid digital content remain unaffected.
7. Purchases and Refunds
The Service may offer purchases of digital content. Before confirming a purchase, review the displayed price, currency, description, and any applicable conditions.
Purchases made through the Google Play version of the Service are processed using the payment method and billing arrangements applicable to that purchase. Google Play’s terms and refund processes may also apply.
Refunds, cancellations, and remedies are handled under applicable law, the terms shown at purchase, and relevant Google Play rules. Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory refund or consumer right.
We do not currently describe any subscription or paid randomized Virtual Item as a feature of the Service in these Terms. If either is introduced, the relevant purchase conditions and any required probability disclosures will be presented before purchase.
8. Friends, Teams, Chat, and User Content
The Service may let you communicate, form teams, add friends, choose a username, and appear on leaderboards. Information you choose to share through these features may be visible to other players as indicated in the Service.
You retain any rights you have in content you submit, such as messages, usernames, and team names (“User Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, transmit, and moderate that content only as reasonably needed to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except to the extent that continued retention is permitted or required by law or reasonably needed for security, dispute handling, or existing copies outside our control.
You must have the rights needed to submit your User Content. Do not post private information that you do not want other players to see.
You may report objectionable content or users and block users through the controls provided in the Service. You may also contact us. We may review reports and remove content or restrict accounts where appropriate. We do not promise to review every message before it appears.
9. Rules of Conduct
You must not:
Harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate, or defraud another person;
Post unlawful, sexually exploitative, hateful, or otherwise seriously harmful content;
Infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
Share another person’s sensitive information without authorization;
Promote real-money gambling or arrange cash or real-world-value wagering through the Service;
Cheat, use unauthorized software or automation, exploit bugs, manipulate results or rankings, or interfere with fair play;
Attack, disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
Sell or transfer accounts or Virtual Items outside the Service; or
Submit knowingly false reports or misuse refunds, payments, or support channels.
10. Enforcement and Appeals
If we reasonably believe that an account or content violates these Terms, threatens users or the Service, or must be restricted by law, we may issue a warning, remove content, limit a feature, correct improperly obtained benefits, suspend access, or terminate an account. We will consider the nature and severity of the issue and provide notice or an opportunity to contest a decision where required by law or reasonably practicable. You can ask us to review a decision .
11. Intellectual Property and Feedback
The Service, including its software, artwork, text, audio, branding, and other legally protected materials, belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or other protected materials beyond the limited license in Section 4. We do not claim exclusive ownership of ideas or game mechanics that are not protected by applicable law.
If you send us a suggestion or feedback, we may use it to improve the Service without payment to you. This does not transfer ownership of any material that applicable law does not allow you to transfer.
To report an alleged infringement relating to the Service, contact us and identify the material, the right you claim, and a way to reach you.
12. Third-Party Services, Advertising, and Privacy
The Service may use third-party sign-in, payment, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and notification services. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with the Service:

13. Availability and Changes to the Service

We will provide notice and any remedy required by applicable law when a change materially affects a paid feature or your statutory rights. Network conditions, device compatibility, and third-party services may affect availability.
14. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where Section 10 applies or where we discontinue the Service. On termination, your license to use the Service ends. Account deletion and the treatment of associated data are addressed in Section 15 and the Privacy Policy. Termination does not remove rights or obligations that arose earlier, including applicable purchase and consumer rights.
15. Account and Data Deletion
If you created an account, you can request its deletion within the app.

You may contact us for assistance with an account or privacy request. We may take reasonable steps to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
Deleting an account may permanently remove access to its game progress, friends, rankings, and Virtual Items. Deletion does not itself waive any refund or other right provided by law.
We will delete the account and associated personal data as required by applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may retain limited information where legally required or permitted, such as records needed for transactions, security, fraud prevention, or disputes. The Privacy Policy explains applicable retention practices.
16. Disclaimers and Liability
We will provide the Service with reasonable care as required by applicable law. Because an online game depends on software, networks, and third-party systems, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Consumer Rights and Regional Requirements
Your mandatory rights under the laws applicable where you live remain in effect. If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory local law, that law controls to the extent of the conflict.

19. General Terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our delay in enforcing a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. We may transfer operation of the Service and our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a lawful corporate transaction, subject to applicable notice and privacy requirements.
Where a translated version of these Terms is provided, it should convey the same substantive rights and obligations. A language-selection clause will not override any mandatory local-language or consumer protection requirement.
